A disciplined shop should review weekly: tire gross margin after vendor rebates and freight, tickets per operating day, average net ticket, technician paid hours per completed ticket, quote conversion, alignment attachment rate, aged inventory, scrap-tire pickups and unrestricted cash versus the $30,000 floor.
